Refund Policy

No Refunds:

• Once the boat gets wet, the trip is non-refundable.
• If we are forced to call a charter off during the trip due to excessive drinking, the trip is non-refundable.
• If client calls a stop to the trip at anytime (before or during), it is non refundable.

Partial Refunds:

• If a breakdown occurs or for whatever reason we cannot fish the full 4 hours, you will be subjected to a partial refund depending on the duration of the trip.

Full Refunds:

If we have to cancel trip before departure, you will receive 100% refund.

Deposits are non refundable unless trip is canceled by us.
